    Release date February 16th 2024.

    CD Digipack

Over ten songs and 30 minutes, Bokassa is as diverse as ever on their new full length “All Out of Dreams”. The power trio offers everything from riffy stoner metal in "Bradford Death Squadron", almost progressive skatepunk in "No More Good Days", 45 seconds of metallic hardcore in "Everyone Fails In The End" to laid-back Izzy Stradlin bottle neck-riffing on the desert rocker “Gung Ho”. Not to mention the hooky and anthemic the title track. In other words, the band has not become less fond of mixing genres over the years!

In an age where everything sounds the same, it has also always been important to Bokassa that each record is sonically different from the previous one. Therefore, they have been very conscious of how this record should sound. Where, for example, the debut "Divide & Conquer" had a noisy soundscape and 2021's "Molotov Rocktail" had a more playful and bigger rock sound, "All Out Of Dreams" has a slightly more raw metallic sound. This can clearly be seen in the conscious choice to go for a snare drum sound that brings to mind 90s metal, rock and punk ala Clutch, Helmet, Therapy? or The Vandals' "Live Fast Diarrhea”, to name a few.

The album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (Meshuggah, BabyMetal, Madball, Sick Of It All, The Haunted) in Antfarm Studio in Denmark in June 2022. The band also has guest artists for the first time, in the form of Lou Koller from the NYHC legends Sick Of It All, and Aaron Beam from the stoner rockers Red Fang. It doesn't get much better when it comes to famous guests on an album, if you ask us!

Lyrics: Bow down and take a knee Cool off and lie for me We all subdue, they have revenue, we all got something we want Your truth, was never mine Breathe deep, accept decline I can't believe, what we won't achieve, we all got something we lost The ending starts today The revolution died at birth, we held our own for what it's worth The ending starts today The revolution died at birth, we held our own for what it's worth Be all that you can't be Our land, not for the free But you and me, we're royalty, they all need someone to rule Snowflake dystopia Is our utopia They won't adept, but they're all inept, we all need someone to serve The ending starts today The revolution died at birth, we held our own for what it's worth The ending starts today The revolution died at birth, we held our own for what it's worth Tell on your neighbor, till the hangman is done They must atone Tell on your neighbor, till the hangman is gone And save your own

Lyrics: I read my future, that shit looked bleak Threw myself out of a window, my cuts will heal the meek I looked for answers, they gave me none. Read each transcript I could gather, until the morning son. I searched for something, someone to love. All around the world i traveled, disciples never showed Pay no mind, cause I won't stay behind, i'm a first born sheppard, but an atheist, and you're no God of mine I read my future, that shit looked bleak Threw myself out of a window, my cuts will heal the meek I searched for something, someone to love All around the world i traveled, disciples never showed I need a new delusion I need a new delusion I need a new delusion I need a new delusion Keep your Path, avoid confusion Keep your Path, avoid confusion Keep your Path, avoid confusion Keep your Path, avoid confusion Damn you all, fuck this collusion Damn you all, fuck this collusion Damn you all, fuck this collusion Damn you all, fuck this collusion

Lyrics: First things first I´m alive for the thrill Forget drugs and alc, I got PMA will And maybe some oxy, but only on the weekend I listen to Judge, so I wont get off the deep-end Oh My God they kicked me out, this is it. Despite all my failures, you can't fake true grit What happened to being brothers till the end? We ain't Terror, what´d you think this was a hardcore band? They say that this would never end Promises made but never meant And I´m gonna get righteous baby, and I´m gonna get high, soo high Just in need of a paycheck baby, then I´m gonna get high as a kite tonight Failure after failure, now i´m back and alive Thank God for Kid Rock, the only reason I survived Bawidaba, tattooed on request No more Chain of strength, I got Cowboy on my chest Cowboy on my chest They say that this would never end Promises made but never meant And I´m gonna get righteous baby, and I´m gonna get high, soo high Just in need of a paycheck baby, then I´m gonna get high as a kite tonight I am something you will never be I am something you will never be I am something you will never be Me

Lyrics: Dressed up, everywhere to go, guess i'll just stay home, I've got nothing to show, no one I wanna know Conversations rarely worth my while, seems like empty sentiments are back in style, I just put on a smile So i'm fighting my demons with excalibur, and i'm not going back again, I got an AK47 and a battle vest on me, and here's hoping you'll be my friend After all this might be the end Keep walkin, nothing here to see, just a guy who once resembled me, last seen in a memory Peace of mind when I'm left alone, by myself with my NOFX records on When i'm by myself, when i'm on my own When i'm by myself, loudly singing along So i'm fighting my demons with excalibur, and i'm not going back again, I got an AK47 and a battle vest on me, and here's hoping you'll be my friend After all this might be the end And I can't stop this regression/depression And I can't Control my strife, there's a feeling of content here, after all this was my life
5.
Lyrics: Summon the troops Be ready to fight (From) eleven and out, i'm hosting tonight Slaughter them all Every single brute Lest you forget, we're here for the loot Reign supreme Off with their fucking heads Off with their fucking heads Between eleven and 12 We're personified hell In a league of our own Bradford Death Squadron Commence and attack We fight until dawn No stopping us now, unless we respawn Our legion of doom No place for the weak (Level) 20s and up, this squad is on fleek Reign supreme Off with their fucking heads Off with their fucking heads Between eleven and 12 We're personified hell In a league of our own Bradford Death Squadron No world too hard, no boss too strong For Yorkshires own vietcong Renowned masters of the trade From Calderdale to Harrogate The Bronté sisters would agree, we've outgrown the wool city
6.
Lyrics: Heed my warning, there'll be no mourning here allright/tonight Were not conceding, until they're pleading, reignite I guess I'm dying tonight I guess I'll die for a cause I can't remember, but our foes must me dismembered I guess I'm dying tonight Were self made shoguns, mini-me Joe Rogans, born of spite (born of spite) We're trojan Horses, disguised armed forces, born to fight (born to fight) And when the regents back in power We're the ones whos wanted for arrest And when there's no one to devour Were the ones they all seem to detest So now i'm down with the rest I'm down, im down im down with the rest I guess i'm down with the rest And there's people that'll make you go that way, but i always preferred to go my way
7.
Lyrics: They tried They'll never find this place And I will never leave this maze if I could only feel the sun, if I could only see the sky, but the devil knows my name, there's nothing left to try
8.
Gung Ho 03:34
Lyrics: My my my what a wonderful day, such a shame if someone where to send you my way Do come in, and I'll promise I'll bite. Lead you to the desert of your own minds delight oh oh oh no Gotta go, down below Devilish rodeo Gotto, down below Gung Ho from The Get go Well I guess, I was tempting at first, but now there's never anything that can quench your thirst Hourglass full, it's your time to depart, don't sound so surprised, cause i'm a trickster at heart ooh oh no Tik tik tok the devils closing in tik tik tok the devils closing in oh oh oh no Gotta go, down below Devilish rodeo Gotto, down below Gung Ho from The Get go oh oh oh no Gotta go, down below Devilish rodeo Gotto, down below Gung Ho from The Get go
9.
Lyrics: Don't breathe There's something here not right Prepare Oblivions outside Stay down We'll run when he reloads Don't stop Until you see the road Suspect Down Active shooter neutralized and found One shot to the head, his final round Breaking Another tragedy Ten dead Accepted Casualty Cause we're expandable you see The price we pay for being free And their laws won't change with me But they'll mourn us (all) on TV
10.
Lyrics: Born fatalistic, the only path I know Absolutistic, the only way to go Conquered dimensions, seen every interbreed Crushed every heathen, the only way I feed Oh yeah All is wary, beast and fairy There's no god above, there's no god below, there's no saviour in sight Bow for you leader, this place was never yours Failed opportunists, ungrateful little whores Ripe for the taking, salvation in a bite Gather my minions, and feed your appetite All is wary, beast and fairy There's no god above, there's no god below, where all just laid to rest
